SENGA is pleased to present its latest innovation: flow regulators for compressed air featuring "Push-to-lock" technology, i.e. with regulation locked by simply pressing the adjustment knob. These flow regulators are a real innovation in terms of user-friendliness and reliability, as they enable compressed air flow to be set by hand much more quickly and without the need for tools. What's more, their compact design takes up very little space, especially vertically, as there's no need to change height when adjusting flow. Finally, the technolopolymer body (POM and PA66 glass fiber reinforcerd) replaces the conventional metal structure, with obvious gains in terms of lightness.

Our range includes unidirectional flow regulators operating on the exhaust or inlet side, as well as in-line flow regulators in unidirectional and bidirectional versions. Working pressure ranges from 0 to 10 BAR, and operating temperature from -20°C to +80°C, depending on the model.

AISI 316L series 1663 stainless steel pilot operated check valves, when fitted in pairs to the supply ports of a cylinder, allow rapid blocking of rod movement in the event of a sudden drop in pressure. These one-way blocking valves have a manual override for recharging the cylinder. This feature is particularly useful during machine set-up or when there is a lack of air.

The 1663 check valves are used in pneumatic circuits with filtered and lubricated air. The working pressure is between 2 and 10 bar and the operating temperature between -20°C and +150°C.
