Closed reel L=12 m with steel housing
Helpful information:
The MD10 closed drum reel, with a length of 12 meters, is designed to provide a practical and reliable solution for distributing compressed air and cold water in various industrial environments. Featuring an epoxy-coated steel housing, this reel ensures effective protection against corrosion and external damage.
The blue polyurethane hose offers great flexibility and exceptional resistance to abrasion, ensuring extended lifespan even under intensive use conditions. The inlet connection is of 3/8'' BSP female type, while the outlet is equipped with a 1/4'' BSP male connection, providing compatibility with a wide range of equipment and distribution systems.
This reel is specially designed for applications requiring 180-degree rotation, thanks to its integrated swivel bracket, offering great flexibility in use. Additionally, the automatic hose retraction mechanism, operated by a high-quality spring, ensures easy and orderly winding after each use, reducing the risk of tangling and damage.
For even greater convenience, this reel is equipped with a hose stop device, which can be inserted every 50 cm as needed. This device allows the hose to be held in a stretched position when necessary, while being easy to remove to allow normal use of the reel.
This reel is suitable for operating temperatures ranging from 0°C to +40°C and can withstand a maximum working pressure of 18 bars, providing reliable performance even in demanding working conditions. Its compact and robust design makes it a versatile and durable tool for distributing compressed air and cold water in various industrial environments.
