The MT5.5 series hose reels for blowguns offer a practical and efficient solution for managing compressed air and cold water hoses in industrial environments. Featuring a sturdy plastic housing, these reels ensure durable protection of the blue extruded polyurethane hose, ensuring long-lasting performance and reliable use.

The hose is designed for an inlet connection suitable for 6/8 diameter tubes, with an outlet without a fitting allowing direct connection with a bare tube of the same diameter. These reels are ideal for a variety of applications, including compressed air and cold water, providing versatility in different industrial settings.

Equipped with a swiveling support, these reels offer great flexibility in installation and maneuverability. The automatic spring-loaded hose retraction mechanism ensures quick and effortless winding after use, helping to keep the workspace organized and safe.

Each reel is also equipped with a hose stop device, which can be inserted every 50 cm along the hose for precise stopping at the desired length. This device is easy to remove if necessary, allowing the hose to be held in tension or extended as needed for the application.

The operating temperature range of the MT5.5 reels is between -5°C and +40°C, ensuring reliable operation in a range of environmental conditions. They can withstand a maximum working pressure of 12 BAR, ensuring optimal performance even in high-pressure situations.
