Pneumatic cylinder ISO 15552 double acting magnetic Ø160 Stroke 140 mm
Helpful information:
The XT/M series (ex CPUI) cylinders have a profiled tube and embedded tie rods, with mounting dimensions according to DIN ISO 15552 (ex ISO 6431) and VDMA 24562.
The cylinders of the XL series have extruded tubes and external tie rods, with mounting dimensions according to DIN ISO 15552.
The basic unit is separate from the accessories, except for the one with "central trunnion" mounting.
The XT series is divided into 6 bores (Ø 32, 40, 50, 63, 80, 100).
The XL series is divided into 5 bores (Ø 125, 160, 200, 250, 320).
XT-XL cylinders can also be supplied in "through rod", single acting, non-magnetic, AISI 303 stainless steel rod or tandem versions.

- Tube and extruded profile: 20 μm anodised aluminium.
- Piston: - XT series (Ø ≤ 100): technopolymer (aluminium alloy on request).
- XL series (Ø 125 and +): aluminium alloy as standard.
- Stem: ground chrome steel (AISI 303 stainless steel on request).
- Guide spout: self-lubricating sintered bronze bushing.
- Seals: polyurethane (FKM-Viton on request in aluminium piston version only).
- Wiper seal: NBR, ensures sealing and retention on the rod.
- Heads: High strength aluminium alloy.
- XL series tie rods and nuts: steel.

Working temperature: 0° C ÷ +80° C (with dry air -20° C)
0° C ÷ +150° C with FKM-Viton seals, in non-magnetic version only.
Working pressure: 1 ÷ 10 bar

Maximum stroke: 3000 mm in double acting
Stroke tolerance: ± 1,5 mm
