The membrane pressure switches with SPDT (Single Pole Double Throw) contact for pneumatic application (PS49) are essential components in pneumatic systems, ensuring accurate pressure monitoring to ensure optimal operation. Featuring a brass body, these pressure switches offer an ideal combination of lightweight construction and robustness, making them perfectly suited for demanding industrial environments.

The FKM seal (standard) ensures excellent resistance to fluids and high temperatures, enabling reliable operation in conditions up to 120°C. With an IP65 degree of protection and a DIN43650 connector, these pressure switches provide additional protection against dust and moisture, ensuring reliable performance even in challenging environments.

The electrical characteristics of the PS49 include a switching capacity of 5 (4) A / 14 Vdc, 4 (3) A / 30 Vdc, 5 (3) A / 125 Vac, and 5 (2) A / 250 Vac. This range of voltages and currents allows versatile use in various pneumatic applications.

With a maximum pressure of 80 bar, these pressure switches are capable of effectively monitoring pressure variations in pneumatic circuits, ensuring precise control and protection against potential overpressures. Upon request, an ATEX version is available, providing a solution suitable for environments with explosion risks.
