Helpful information:
The stainless steel 316 angle seat valves are available in various configurations for different applications. They offer normally closed and open versions, as well as double-acting options, suitable for a variety of compressible and incompressible fluids. These valves are designed to withstand pressures up to 16 bar and fluid temperatures ranging from -10°C to +180°C. They come in different operator sizes and offer NO / NC / double-acting functions, as well as BSP connection options.
- Normally closed version with fluid inlet on the plug - Compressible fluids: air, steam, low pressure liquids
- Normally closed version with fluid flow under the valve - Incompressible fluids: the flow under the valve prevents water hammer
- Normally open version with fluid flow over the plug - Compressible fluids: air, steam, low pressure liquids, suitable for extended valve opening suitable for extended valve opening requirements
- Normally open version with fluid flow below the plug - Incompressible fluids: flow below the plug prevents water hammer
- Double-acting version with fluid flow over the plug - Compressible fluids: air, steam, low pressure liquids, recommended for high differential pressures
- Double-acting version with fluid flow under the valve - Incompressible fluids: the flow under the valve prevents water hammer, recommended for high differential pressures recommended for high differential pressures
